How to apply online — step by step
The entire process is digital. If your documents are ready, it takes only about 10–15 minutes. Follow these seven steps carefully.
Your new bike is one short form away
Thousands of students across Punjab have already received their bikes through the official portal. Follow the steps below — the whole process takes about 15 minutes and is 100% free.

Open the official portal
Go to bikes.punjab.gov.pk from any phone or computer. Teachers use ptf.punjab.gov.pk. Only these two websites are official — do not trust any other link.
Tip: Type the address yourself instead of clicking links from WhatsApp or Facebook.

Create your profile
Enter your CNIC, date of birth, name and mobile number exactly as printed on your CNIC. Make sure your SIM is registered on your own CNIC.
Tip: Wrong or mismatched details are the #1 reason applications get rejected.

Verify with the SMS code (OTP)
A one-time password (OTP) is sent to your registered mobile number. Enter it on the portal to confirm your number.

Fill the application form
Add your student/teacher details, city, and choose whether you want an electric or petrol bike and which approved model you prefer.

Upload your documents
Upload clear photos or scans of your CNIC, learner’s permit or licence, student/enrollment proof and domicile. Blurry files get rejected.
Tip: Take photos in good light and check every file is readable before uploading.

Submit and note your tracking number
Review everything, submit the form and save the application/tracking number you receive so you can check your status later.

Wait for verification & the draw
The Bank of Punjab verifies your details. Because demand is high, selection may be by computerised balloting. Watch for the SMS about your down payment.
Tip: If selected, pay only the official down payment through the bank — never pay cash to an agent.
