Required documents checklist

The single biggest reason applications get rejected is poor or missing documents. Prepare clear scans of everything below before you start the form.

Valid CNIC

Front and back, clear and readable. B-Form only where allowed.

Motorcycle learner’s permit or driving licence
Everyone
Must be for motorcycle. A car licence is not accepted.

Student proof
Students
Valid student card, enrollment letter or fee receipt from an HEC-recognised institute.

Teacher/service proof
Teachers
Official service or appointment proof under School Education Department.

Domicile of Punjab
Everyone
Shows you are a resident of Punjab (where required).

Mobile number on your CNIC
Everyone
SIM must be registered on your own CNIC to receive the OTP and updates.

Recent photograph
Everyone
A clear passport-style photo if the portal asks for one.
